Orders
Foxes Boxes aim to process orders as quickly as possible, and most items should be delivered within 7-10 days. However, for certain items we ask that you allow 28 days before receiving your goods, but should this be the case you will be notified after placing your order. Delays can occur occasionally during busy periods, but again, you will be notified of any delays to your order.
Delivery
Most of our orders will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on delivery. Sometimes we will use Royal Mail where, again, a signature may be required. We will try our best to e-mail or telephone to let you know when your order has been dispatched. Delivery within central London is free on all orders over £40*. Nationwide delivery is charged at £10.00 including VAT on orders up to 10kg. On orders over 10kg a supplemental charge of either £2.50 or £5 will be made as appropriate*. Delivery charges will be detailed within your order confirmation. Unfortunately, at the moment, we are unable to ship outside the UK.
*Exceptions apply to the Classic / Contemporary range of planters, the Granite range of planters and the Terrazzo range of furniture. These items are extremely heavy and therefore incur an additional charge to deliver as the orders are often palletised. This is charged at cost and we can confirm this with you prior to your order.
Prices
All prices are in UK Pounds (Sterling) and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
Internet Shopping
Secure server software (SSL) is used to encrypt financial information you input before it is sent to us and payment processing is managed by the HSBC secure service.
Your Information
Foxes Boxes will not pass any of your information/personal details onto any third party other than our secure payment provider HSBC to authorise payment. Any information we hold about you e.g. delivery address, contact details etc., will be stored in a secure environment and will not be used for any other purpose other than to contact you about your order.
Refunds
If you wish to exchange your product please send it back undamaged and wrapped in its original packing and let us know your new choice. If you would like a refund, please return the item, again undamaged and wrapped in its original packing within 10 days. We will credit your account with the price of the product, but not the delivery cost.
Recommendations
Foxes Boxes recommends that you position window boxes and hang balcony products within the bounds of your own property, so that they do not overhang public property or thoroughfares. That way you can enjoy maximum flower power with maximum security. Where applicable, customers should check the terms and conditions of their lease before purchase / installation of window boxes on rented property/apartment complexes. Foxes Boxes accept no responsibility for accidents/damage to property as a result of incorrect installation except where undertaken by our own staff.
