It's easy to order! Just go to the shop section of the website and scroll through to find the product you are looking for. Each product is customisable and you can select your options from the drop down menus. There are text boxes to add any special requests.
Alternatively use the search bar at the top of the page to find something specific.
Turnaround time is usually 2-3 weeks on average but please check each item as some are available quicker. We do have some items that are in stock and ready to post to reach you quicker. Turnaround time does not include postage time.
We are always open for custom designs, so if you don't see what you are after please drop us a message and we can discuss your design.
We love to show off our work and we upload or pictures onto the website and social media. if you would prefer we did not do this than please tell us at time of ordering.
Delivery and Returns
Most items are sent through Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel. Parcels are securely wrapped and packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Postage usually takes 3-4 working days. Please be aware that this may take longer during busy periods of the year such as Christmas. If you need something quickly please contact us prior to ordering.
Large parcels may be sent though courier.
As each item is customised we cannot accept returns as we are unable to resell unless the item is faulty.
If your item is returned to us because you missed delivery and did not collect from your local sorting office, a charge of £4.95 will apply for redelivery. No costs will be refunded.
